Jamie Barry

Owner/Director/Choreographer/Teacher

Jamie grew up in Olathe, Kansas, dancing and competing regionally until she graduated high school. She went on to dance as a K-State Classy Cat, then as a Kansas City Chiefs Cheerleader, and finally as Captain and Choreographer of the Kansas City Command Dancers.  While professionally dancing, choreographing, and judging for teams, Jamie received her degree in Elementary Education, and taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades for 12 years.  She also coached high school dance team for nine years, earning numerous choreography and performance accolades. ⠀

Jamie has been awarded, on both Regional and National levels, for her choreography, and holds a high value on technique-based training. ⠀

Jamie loves inspiring others to reach their ultimate potential through an emphasis on technique, a positive learning environment, and a focus on a passion for dance.  She is excited to bring her own love of dance and performance to Premier Dance during this very exciting year of growth!⠀

Ms. Jamie will be teaching all levels of Mini Company Technique, all levels of Conditioning & Stretch, as well as all levels of Combo, and Technique classes. She will also be working with Company dancers in each program. ⠀

Amy Hulse

Assistant Director/Choreographer/Teacher

Amy grew up dancing in Kansas City, and went on to compete around the country for over 10 years at Dance Xcel in Olathe, Kansas.  She has worked with choreographers such as Sonya Tayeh, Joy Spears, Anthony Russo, Zandra Thomas, Ricci Milan, and many more.  She has been the resident choreographer for Sound Alive Show Choir, the Har-Ber High School Theatre Program and Ramay Middle School Dance Team.  She is well-versed in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, and Contemporary, and has been teaching dancers of all ages and levels for the past eight years. Amy is a certified Zumba instructor, and RYT-200 Yoga Instructor. She is also a trained life coach, with an emphasis in performance mindset, with the hopes of building strong, well rounded, confident dancers and performers. ⠀

Amy will be teaching all levels of Tap, Mom’s Yoga & Stretch, all levels of Combo & Technique classes. She will also be working with our Company dancers. ⠀

Katelyn Falconer

Teacher/Choreographer

Katelyn is from Shawnee, KS. She is a cum laude graduate of Oklahoma City University with a BPA in Dance Performance. She has worked professionally in a wide range of outlets since the age of 14. Some of her local experience includes various industrials, Starlight Theater, and The KC Symphony. While at OCU, she was a member of The American Spirit Dance Company and had the pleasure of not only performing in Home for the Holidays repeatedly, but also representing The ASDC on their Taiwan Tour: “Friendship Through Dance”. Katelyn has worked for Cedar Fair through both RWS Entertainment and Fancy Pants Productions. She was able to travel the world multiple times over during her 9 years at sea, as well as collaborate with ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars At Sea” while working for Stiletto Entertainment and Holland America Line. She spends her weekends traveling with Tremaine Dance Conventions and Competitions as an administrative Assistant for Mr. Joe Tremaine. She enjoys being immersed in a dance environment and loves working with dancers to help them grow and achieve their goals.

Katelyn will be teaching Platinum/Sapphire Musical Theater, as well as working with our Company Dancers.

Jillian Radcliff

Teacher/Choreographer

Jillian grew up in Concordia, KS.  She started taking dance at age 3, and gymnastics at age 5.  She was a competitive gymnast as well as a dancer and went on to coach younger classes while in high school.  She has been teaching children dance and tumbling for over 15 years.  While in Undergraduate School, Jillian was also fortunate enough to participate on both the Junior Varsity and Varsity K-State Cheer Squads.  Recently, she has become passionate about Acro Dance, Flexibility, and Contortion, and is a certified Acrobatic Arts Instructor.  When not at the studio, Jillian works part time as a pediatric and adult nurse practitioner.

Jillian will be teaching Silver, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum/Sapphire Acro, as well as working with our Company dancers.
